I saw their advertisement online, and since I thought it might help my computer I purchased the program. Unfortunately, I used my debit card and not a credit card. My bank tells me I cannot protest the charge. They gave me an activation key number that is not valid. I have sent them several emails and they will not reply. The order reference number was 9657314. When I called the 1-877-353-7297 number, an overseas agency answered and told me they had no such order number. I did get an acknowlegment from email I sent to Avangate, showing they forwarded it to Tune-Up360
