I ordered a cosmo black nintendo 3ds with an oscarina of time game included for my 12 year old ZELDA fan. I was concerned because it has not arrived yet. I checked the receipt off my debit card online and it ays the money was paid to Sazzle LLC with a phone number 504-952-3905. I called the number and it says a voice mailbox has not been set up yet. I googled Sazzle LLC and I discovered this site. I was disgusted to learn that the same name and phone numbr was attached to a prior complaint of this past month in regard to the same thing. Can anyone help me?

  • anyone reading this complaint should also check SAZ Wholesale, sazwholesale, sazwholesale.com, Sazzlellc, and sazzlellc.com for similar complaints which are maintained SEPARATELY on this site and possibly on Webutation.com. Complaints should also be addressed to the Attorney General, State of Louisiana, Attn: Lisha Landry, 1885 North Third St., Baton Rouge, LA 70802. Be sure to cross-reference any complaint with these other entities as Saz is trying to "morph" into other entities staying one step in front of the law.

  • Onetimeuser, I am a little inept with what information needs to be sent. I copied my card info where the funds were taken from, the original request for the 3DS from email, the shipping form sent to me via email, and the 'return form' sent to me about my refund because they were out of stock. When I tried to access their company through the web I was redirected earlier this week. TODAY, though, I was able to access the Saz Wholesale site. I may have put the info in wrong when I was looking, but they are STILL using the same addresses, numbers, AND merchandise...that they are 'sold-out' of. I followed each link and copied each page they have online to my computer. Should I send that also, showing that as of today they are still scamming people from TX and LA? Are we sending the information to TX as well? What about WV? That is where I am from, should I send it to my Attorney General? One would like to think that if one AG is looking into it, the rest might be interested. Ive never really been one to follow politics too well and you seem more hip to it than I, with the protocol to follow, please advise.

  • Don't worry, contact your state AG's office online or by phone and find out what needs to be filed. DO FILE WITH STATE OF LA also as that is easy at this point. Not sure about the point of Texas unless you live in Texas, but probably for all who have lost $$$ through this fraud, eventually someone needs to find out about Texas as well. My complaint is strictly limited to Louisiana.

I guess the AG's office in the two state where SAZ claims to be domiciled should be notified, as well as the state where you live.

That would cover all of the bases. I would "CC" each office on your transmittal letter. As I have discovered, the BBB apparently does nothing but give the business (SAZ) an opportunity to "put out the fire" and really doesn't offer any way to resolve anything when the business is truly fraudulent.
