Royal prestige we were notified by this company telling us we have won a free trip toasting glasses or rings. for our wedding they also told us we were invited for a dinner and after the dinner we would be awarded our prizes. for a free vacation. We started to buy the product and then changed our minds the next day becouse we did not feel right about the company and it turned out to be a scam after reading all the information on the computer. and the prizes were not what they were supposed to be. we cancelled our order and we have been getting the run around for tow weeks. they were supposed to send us the money back in 10 days and they have not sent us aything but they wanted us to send them our supposively prizes back. they want us to send them our custumer copys back to them before they mail us our money back.WHY THEY HAVE NOT HONNERD THERE OWN CONTRACT BY SENDING US OUR REFOUND IN 10 DAYS. JUNE 12 2012

If you take a look at the notice of cancellation that you have, it does state that the Distributor’s office needs written notice that you are requesting the cancellation of the order.
