applied for loan.phone call from above company saying they had been passed on my details through plf/pls finder.before i had arranged anything i went online to see if they do run as a company,they did and had been set up and running since 2007.they then rang me back with my own personal advisor,who name/work id:number/extension line number and company phone number i have for records,so if i had any problems i could contact him in the future.we agreed that a sum of £5,300.00 is what i could borrow.but then as i did'nt have a guarrentor if i paid the sum of £120.00 it could be done and made accessable for my money to be put into my chosen account.as i did this i made him stay on the phone talking to me as i had heard of scams and being hung up on.he did hang up,but did ring me back to say that if i wanted my money i would have to pay the taxes on the money.i got angry then and asked for refund of the money and cancel application.told that due to it being 5.21pm refund would be in account first thing in the morning.(haha)no money.rang him back and told that it would know have to be midday.no money.then i got told that he had said no such thing about money being in bank by midday and he called me a liar.asked to speak to his manager,apollogies made but still no refund.i have the contract saved on comp which i did not sign thankfully,but it has all of my personal details on it,i want to be able to help stop this from happening again,as they are still opperating from the site and phone.they have seemed to put a block on my number but i have rang them from different number and they were more than willing to go through an application form with me,(as i said i did'nt give my name to them then)so i am hoping that with your help this will stop.i got intouch with companieshouse.gov.uk and they are aware of scams.so i hope that this may put an end to them doing it again.
