i was contacted by the above company about a loan that i applied for online via plfinder.they then seemed to think that passing my details on to different finance companies would be ok.you helped me out with a complaint with loans-express and they are going to settle via you.so on the 29thmay 2012 they contacted me with all the details of the loan amount and payment terms,as i did not have a guarentor they said if i paid £120.00 it could be wavered and that my first payment would,nt be taken until july,as the 120.00 would be refunded and used as junes payment.i went online and checked their details and to make sure that they were a registered company.they then told me my funds would be deposited into my account by 5.30pm.they gave me a personal adviser who 's name is mark lee, employee number3492.telephone number 01513240216/ext 703.address/601 international house,223regent street,london,w1b2qd.they then procedded to call me throughout the day saying that everything was going smoothly and my money would deffinatly be in bank by 5.30pm.they then called me at 4.45 to tell me that they were transfering the money and to look for it in my bank via internet banking, which i did, they then told me that it had been sent to bank and was it showing up yet, told them no it was'nt in there,so they then said that they would call me back,i asked them to stay on the line whilst they sorted things out, which he did, although he did'nt seem to happy to do.then was told to check bank again,no money.they then told me that they needed to speak with his boss to see what was going wrong.he told me that he would call back within ten mins, which to my supprise he did, only then to tell me that i needed to pay another £210.00 for the taxes to get my money.after being told this i asked them to refund the £120.00 and cancel application as i felt i was being ripped off then, they said they would be happy to do this but as it was now 5.20pm it would be in the next working day.next day no refund.phoned them and spoke with mark lee,and told to pay 210.00 and funds would be released to me.i made various calls to them, then they seemed to have blocked my number as when i called them they would'nt answer phone.so i then blocked my number and got answered and said that they could help me with a loan application,i then said my name and they hung up on me.rang again using different number to get an answer, again treated vrey nicely as a new applicant.this went on for a few weeks,so they are still a working company.rang them again on the19th june and spoke to mr mark lee again,he then went on to tell me that my application was still on going and waiting for me to pay the taxes to get the money released, even though i had told them to cancel.so now i am taking the next step in asking if you can help me out.i have a saved contract with all the details on it the date/ammount/showing 120.00paid for no guarentor, but i never electronicly signed as the funds were not in account, they told me that i did not have to sign until the transfer had been made so that was ok.the only other email address i have is as [email protected] people need to be stopped doing this to hohnest people.they are still opperating from the address and phone number,as they still looking for more people to scam money out of.please can you help me out again.
