- To return before 14 day trial over, your RMA number is your order number. Make sure you put it on outside label and on your return invoice inside. Hope this helps as i've just done it and am hoping got there in time before money goes out of my account. if you phone them they try getting you to take out other free samples at £2.95 and further monies will leave your account, just keep saying no, they are very persistant!!! Was not rude and didn't swear, remarkably, and the woman i spoke to didn't like it. Going to return them tomorrow and speak to bank at same time to stop them taking any more out.
