I received a phone call around 6:30p.m. from a man with the accent from India. He said my computer had a sever virus on there that could cause me alot of problems. I said what kind of a virus is on my computer? He said it is a virus called THE CHINESE VIRUS. And in order to stop this virus it would cost me $199.00 for 2 yrs for security protection and to get this virus cleaned off of my computer. I said how in the world could I have such thing cause I have security protection on my computer already. He said well it is full of errors. I said I have erro clean up on my computer also. So there is no way I have any errors on mhy computer. He said well it was going to cost me $400.00 for life time protection and clean up or $199.00 for 2 yrs. I said I don't have either one. He said well then your computer will be destroyed. I said my computer is not even a yr. old yet.(Which it was a christmas gift from my mother.) He said to give me your credit card information for $199.00 for vthe 2 yrs. before any more time passes because if you don't your computer will no longer be good for anything. I said I have never heard of a CHINESE VIRUS. He said it is something new and it is happening to everyone. So it is wise to get this security coverage from our company TECHE4PC now so you can continue on with your computer. So I was afraid something was reaaly going to happen to my computer so I gave in and gave him my information. I am 61 yrs. old and not as sharp as I use to be when someone is trying toget the best of me or by scamming me out of personal informations and out of my credit card number. After all that, he said to fill in some blanks in a statement, stating how SATISFIED I was with their service. I said I haven't even gotten to use my computer yet after you said you cleaned it up, which it took two hours. He said that's ok cause you can nowuse your computer and see how fast it works and you will not find any errors or warnings on your computer now. He gave me his name , email address, his phone number, where he can be reached 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week; and his company's phone number , which was the same as his.
On May 29, 2012 he called me concerning an email I had sent to them after trying to call them the next day, which was May 26 and May 27 and May 28, 2012. All I got from his company is THIS PARTY 's number can not take anymore call for his mail box is full. I kept getting this message every time I called. (So I wrote an email after I told my technition what all took place. Which I hired the security company that could gaunteed security against fraud, scams, and theft of personal identification and they cost me $188.39 for 2 yrs. The company I have is SUPPORT CREATIONS SOLUTIONS, technitions name is BRYAN PANKAJ, the company's email is [email protected], their phone number is 1-786-275-5076). My technition said you were just scammed. These people or company as they call themselves has been scamming mostly the elderly out of a large sum of money and you got scammed. I said will you please check to see what they did to my computer? My technition said he would and sure enough I had warnings and errors on my computer now, that was not there before. He advised me to call my credit card and report this scam. So I did.
On May 29, 2012, at approx. 11:00 a.m. I got a call from this man "LEE " from TECHE4PC, cussing me out, calling me name, and said I would NEVER get a refund from them for any reason. I said well ai do not want your service; I feel like I have been scammed, I am a senior citizen and I cannot afford to let someone rip me off. He said well you can NOT CHANGE YOUR MIND at all. I said oh yes I can change my mind. He said if you are wanting a refund of your money, then you will have to wait six months and then maybe we will refund your money, but I doubt it. I said no I do not have to wait six months and yes I can change my mind. I will tell you this, your company has already been checked into and I sure do not want to deal with a company that is not a valid business. He said if you keep going and if you bring charges against us, you will wish you didn't. I said well now I can add a threat to my complaints against you and your company. I said I use to be in the business world and I will tell you, you are a poor business man. You can not say you are a good business or a good business man when you cuss your customer out, threaten your customer, call them names, and over talk a customer, and don't listen to what they have to say; that is poor business manners. He said well I am trying to get you on my side of this situation. I said after what I have found out about your company and listened to you; I don't want anything to do with a business like yours or a business man like you. He said if you don't see it my way, then you could be sorry and my lawyer will cause you to have to pay out alot more money than you already have. I said I do not want to talk to you and I don't want anything to do with you and I don't want you calling me anymore. He said you heard what I said. I hung up.
I did keep copies of everything except I wish I could of had a recording of the phone conversations, but I was unable to.
By the way, the man that called me, he said his name was LEE and he is suppose to be the technition for TECHE4PC. Their phone number is 1-631-456-4455, their email is [email protected].
The other securities I already had on my computer was CYBER DEFENDER ANTI-VIRUS and ANTI-SPYWARE plus CYBER DEFENDER REGISTRY CLEANER(removing any and all) ERRORS. And I use these both on a regular basis. But the TECHE4PC removed my CYBER DEFENDERS AND SPYBOT from my computer and all of those I had paid for; for a period of approx. 5/6 yrs. The first 3 yrs. was paid for by my daughter-in-law as a gift for my computer. After all that I have paid for myself for the period it required.

Update: 05/29/2012

This was not just FALSE ADVERTIZING but it was also as I feel a SCAM TO RIP THE ELDERLY OF THEIR MONEY and to get PERSONAL INFORMATION from me. That got ripped off from credit card in the amount of $199.00.
