My credit card keeps getting billed for 6 months now, I call the number and they wont give me any information about company, other then its name and they said, I apparently signed up for it!! I did not why would I sign up for grants in the u.s. and I live in canada for one and she was unable to transfer my call to anyone to help me she said it all gets handled by email!! I said WHAT?? I want this cleared up right now and could not give me any names of anyone in charge her reply was I cannot give you this information!!If this is a reputable company they wouldnt be afraid to give me names of managers and owners!! And would be looking into the matter on the phone not by email!! She could not answer any question or concerns other then well thats your name isnt it, what a scam this company is, please the proper authorities need to be looking into this scam company!! I research alot on the internet and I am very responsible person!!
Please help me and all of these complaints about this company.
