Checked bank account this morning and noticed the charge for $14.95. I looked up the company on the internet and noticed the profound amount of people who were already scammed. I called this so called company (888) 485-6331. Ann was the representative that I spoke to and all she did was try to get more information from me to "pull up my so call account". If i truly had an account she wouldn't need all the information she was asking for . I want and need my money back. I hope my bank handles this appropriately.
