On May the 2nd, 2012 I ordered a Sony NEX VG-10 camera from Electbase.com, like many of the complaints I was instructed to purchase through a Amazon gift card and was told my order was processed and shipped. After a few weeks I was in contact with electbase.com through email and was told "the item was shipped with USPS and they were attempting to deliver the following day and to please except this $25.00 coupon for future purchases" Sincerely Sheri T. Arnold, Electbase Support T.E.A.M. The Camera has yet to arrive as of May 24th, 2012. I have received other emails concerning my order from other Electbase Support T.E.A.M members who probably don't exist much like their website. Do we have any recourse?
