I ordered a pair of Merrell Apollo Boots.
Followed up with several requests for information but received no reply.
Received a package which contained a novelty ball point pen with no documentation and did not connect with cheapgivenchy and for which my wife signed.
After a period elapsed I contacted Pay Pal and notified them of the problem.
Paypal contacted the seller to be advised that the goods had been delivered and upon my checking the tracking number given, found that this referred to the small package received earlier.
I entered a resolution process with Paypal who obtained a return address for the package and I sent it back by registered post.
Paypal later came back and informed me that they required the tracking numberwhich i gave them. They later requested confirmation of the address and a copy of my postal receipt which I forwarded. I also tracked the route of the returned item and discovered that it was being returned to Dublin as delivery could not be effected.
I am now awaiting return of the package which will confirm that the address on it is as insructed by Pay pal.
Meanwhile i have just been advised by Paypal , and I quote ;
The tracking information you provided was invalid and we were unable to
confirm delivery of the item associated with this claim. As a result, the
case is now considered closed and we are unable to process a refund.

We encourage you to work directly with the seller to find a resolution.
