I was booking a flight on Hotwire and the site failed. I called with the reference # and was promised the advertised price. The rep promised the same price, no problem it was still available. She kept me on the phone for an hour and then hung up on me. I could have gotten the same rate online through Hotwire myself or through another site for the same price. She messed around so long that OF COURSE I could no longer get the rate and when I called back no one would do anything about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
