My bank account was charged $29.95 from Money Tool Box as well. I have called a number that is on here and wasn't on hold long when a representative answered and said that it was a fee associated with a payday loan that i had applied for. Saying that if I turned down the loan or was rejected that I would be charged. However they said that they would refund the money on a prepaid card that would take 5-7 days. They will not refund back to bank. Make sure you get your bank to block Money Tool Box from further charges. I have spoken to two reps now from Money tool box and both times they just disappeared while explaining to me about the card. it is 29.95 back plus a 1.05. But again when it came time to validate who I was they disappeared.So I will call a third time. UGH!!!

This is such BS! It looks like there is a surge of people complaining about this in the past couple days.... I hope their butts gets busted good.
I also applied for a payday loan but NEVER would I have consented to a $30 fee, these are sneaky disgusting scam artists and I'm not going to waste my time with them pretending to mail me a refund "card". Will be at my bank today filing a fraud complaint, and if the bank can't get it blocked or refunded I will file whatever online fraud complaints I have to. I am FURIOUS -

- I will wait and see also. Like I said if I don't get what I was told I would get then my bank will take care of it. I also put a block on the account so that they can't access the account again and I told Money tTool that as well. My bank said that by Tuesday they will refund the money because I do have fraudulent protection they just can't do anything yet cause it is still processing. I wasn't happy either let me tell ya.

- I have yet to receive my so called card and someone from money tool box sent me a message asking me for order numbers, phone numbers and any other relevant information. I said I have no order number because I never got one and didn't authorize any debit and that my bank has a block on their company. I noticed that a-lot of the complaints are in the resolution stage but I know nothing will come of it. I will just have to call my bank and let them know this was a scam ad since I am protected from fraudulent charges with my bank I will get my money back eventually. UGH
