I ordered a pair of Birkenstock shoes and paid through fashionpay.com, although the payment was processed immediately, the status of my order was never updated from 'processing'. I have sent many email both to fashionpay.com and to the top-Birkenstock.com website and now they have cancelled my account.
Obviously I haven't received the shoes and there's no sign of the money appearing back in my account.
The website is a fraud!!
