Purchased a dress from TideBuy. Forwarded my measurements to them as well. Received routine communication from them. Thirty days later received a dress that was 4 sizes too small...and with a flaw in the bodice. Within 7 days sent them a dispute. Their dispute email kept kicking me out. Finally thought I got one through, followed up with an email to their customer service dept. Told them of the problem. They asked that I send them photos. Then they would ask for more photos. Then they would say that the photo were not showing the proper information. I figured it was a delaying tactic and kept sending them. In April they notified me that it was past the 7 days, that I should have notified them sooner. Obviously this was a big scam from the get go. They need to be put out of business.
