I "purchased" kitchen cabinets online from this company. I mailed in a cashier's check to save 5%. I have not received my cabinets or my refund. They do not answer their phone or return any more of my emails. It is sad that people are just not honest anymore.
In the beginning, I did email back and forth with a "Carole" who assured me that my cabinets would ship the following week or I would get a refund. Right! Beware of internet purchases. Please!!!!

Cabinets Direct would like to address your concern. As of today's date November 7 2012 we do not have any customer owed $2100 in refunds. If you can please let us know your name we can address your comment. If we did owe any customer money we would issue a refund in the proper time.
We take customer service and our products very seriously. So seriously we back all of our products with a 30 day money back guarantee. Since 2010 we have not had one customer return a kitchen cabinet purchase back to us.
