Was billed too soon before using enough to know if it works or helps. No forewarning of such short time before billing or I wouldn't have purchased a trial. Plus, the trial starts the day they send it, not when you get it, therefore not living up to the term "30 day trial or two week", or whatever time limit. No phone number to contact them either.
