- They charged me $99 as well. I tried chatting with them and they kept asking, "are you still with me" and when I asked them to refund my money, their answer was "is there anything else I can help you with?" This company has got to be reported...NOW. I tried to get my debit card info off the site but nowhere on your account can ou do that.
