I ordered shoes in March and paid through PayPal. I tried to email the seller after the shoes had not arrived in early April, but no response. I finally opened a complaint with PayPal, but soon after they closed it because they said the seller provided proof of delivery. I got the USPS tracking number from them, and went to my local PO. They said a letter had been delivered, not a package. I did remember then that a letter had come from China in early April with a wristband in it, that I discarded as it was junk. I called PayPal back, and told them no package had been delivered, only a letter, and THEY ARE REVERSING THE CHARGE & REFUNDING MY MONEY! I also sent in a complaint to www.ic3.gov, an FBI website. Keep contacting PayPal, they are on to this company!! Lodge a complaint with the FBI!!
