I ordered the free trial of Vivexin. I paid the initial shipping cost. It arrived in an envelope with no invoice or information of any kind. I went online to make sure it was legit as this was somewhat suspicious. I found online that the company auto renews sending out 2 more bottles immediately and charges your account. I called wanting to cancel my auto renew. I was told I had to return the product to them before they would do that. I said fine send me a return shipping label. They said no I was responsible for return shipping. I said no I was only responsible for the initial shipping. They refused to cancel my auto renew even though I said in these exact words YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY FURTHER CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD! I was told to bad I would be charged and there was nothing I could do about it. So I called my credit card company. I told them these people are not authorized to make any charges on my account. They told me just to be safe I should cancel the card and they would send a new one with a new account number all together. So that is exactly what I did. I called the company back to inform them I had cancelled the card. I was told I would still be charged and receiving 2 more bottles very soon. I went online and contacted a site for class action lawsuits to see if I can find an attorney interested in filing suit. I am now posting every where I can to get the word out. These people are a scam! They are charging people unlawfully which is fraud. Once they are told to cancel an acount they are required to cancel that account!
