Holiday Inn Express Valdosta AKA Williams Investment Company

I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express Valdosta, GA for only ONE Night which was paid by my company for the night 04/19/2012. The manager name Ty O Steen in my opinion should not be a manager at all and illegally used my credit card and charged my card. Ty O Steen illegally charged my credit card for $39.20 after he knew in fact that I was staying elsewhere for the night for the 04/20/2012. I had filed a complaint with the Holiday Inn Corporate office out there in Salt Lake City, UT but they claim that this location is owned and operated by a private company or persons Williams Investment Company in Adel, GA. I tried to contact that company and got no response from the owner.
So I want to let everyone know that I personaly would not go to or ever stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Valdosta, GA ever again. If you do book through a 3rd party on line deal ie HotWire.com or Hotels.com they will demand a credit card to be on file. They claim it is if you order any movies or make any long distance calls. I advised them I have my DVDS and I have free unlimited long distance on my cell phone anywhere. They then refused for me to check in if I refused the credit card, so I strongly advised them they DO NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION TO CHARGE ANYTHING. If there would be a charge I would not pay the charge and file a report including a police report for unauthorized use of credit card. I never signed anything dated for 04/20/2012 for them to use my credit card to charge for a half day or night ect. I expect all charges to be refunded to my card. Since then I have stopped that card from being used anymore and I filed a report against Ty O Steen/ Williams Investment Company for fruad. I had also filed a report with the Better Business Bureau which is on file against this company Williams Investment Company/ Holiday Inn Express Valdosta, Ga and Ty O Steen.
