High pressured sales by agressive sales team that wore me down. I purchased a $5000 travel reservations package which I used once but could have gotten the same price
via a free travel agent! HSI credited me $2500 however I since realized that it wasnt worth the paper the contact was written on and the travel club is a rip off & not worth it. I would love to get my $2500 back which I feel I just gave a way to a sales shark!
