I heard about promotion on the radio. When I called I was told it was a fee for $19.99 to join the program. I was told a welcome packet would be mailed to me. Today 4/24/2012 I went on line activate the online services and saw all these complaint against the company. I am requesting a refund.I do not want to be apart of this company.
I did not start the service.
