I am getting married and needed a somewhat inexpensive wedding dress quick. Found hellodresses.com online through google shopping, had a pretty dress that I liked that seemed perfect for the event (semi-casual). I placed the order, never heard anything from hellodresses.com. I did however receive an email from AENT (Asia E-commerce something something) that stated that my card was charged that the merchant had 2 weeks to ship package, and that I would receive it in 20 days. I sent them an email stating that I never received anything from the merchant, they said to keep them informed if I do not hear from the merchant.

I decided to go to the hellodresses.com website to look for contact info, found a live chat thing, person I chated with said my dress would be shipped on April 7th of April. They also sent me an email with my order info, number, etc, but no shipping info. The 7th came and went, never received anything, so I called, I left a message threatening to tell the world about how they do business, then someone called me back and said the dress would be shipped on the 13th. The next day I had an email that said that the dress would be shipped on the 20th. I sent AENT an email and again they said to let them know if the merchant does not respond to me. So the 20th of April came and went, and on the 23rd I sent AENT another email and told them I did not receive anything. I also sent Hellodresses.com an email stating that I have contacted the authorities and my bank and have posted reviews about them so that they cannot scam anyone again.

They sent me an email stating that my dress was shipped with a FAKE UPS tracking number. To this day I still have not received my dress. DO NOT PURCHASE from these people. I'm not the only one that this has happened to. Hellodresses.com is a SCAM! Don't let this happen to you. Now I'm out of a dress, out of money for a dress, and I'm getting married in less than a month.
