We were told we had won a two day free cruise to the Caribbean so that we could "spread the word" to our friends about the new great cruise line. I asked repeatedly if there were any charges beyond port fees and was told there were none. I was then transferred to a "manager" who tried to sell me extensions and hotel reservations on shore. I declined and when I realized there was no free trip I told the "manager" to forget the whole thing. I hung up but had already given him my credit card # and within 24 hours there was a $166 charge on the card. I have been unable to find a website or phone # for PLZ Vacation packages. I've asked my credit card company to refuse payment.
