Prior to the sales call, we had recently purchased an appliance at Home Depot, Carribean Crusie line called me and said they were calling me on behalf of Home Depot because I was a valued customer. They said they were offering Depot customer's a significantly reduced vacation cruise to the Bahamas. After resisting and thier presistance,I thought based on the Home Depot link that it was a legitamate cruise. After booking dates and talking to some freinds I leaned of the scam. I proceeded to the internet and determined that there was not one good comment regarding the cruise or the Deal. I had about a two months before my actual departure date. I call to cancel my trip and I was told by Chelsee in reservations I would get a full refund excluding a 50 dollar cacellation fee. She could not credit my debit card directly but I would recieve the refund in two weeks. Three weeks later I call back,and was told I was not eligable for refund because I had not cancelled in 30 days after registering. I asked why I was told just two weeks ago by Chelsee that I would recieve a refund. The lady told me Chelsee was not authorised to make that call. I explained to the lady that I would add one more complaint to the long list of complints regarding there company.
