I funded my SolidTrustPay with my card for $125. They quickly charged my card for the amount and checking the payment history of my card also shows that the amount has already been paid in full to SolidTrustPay. However the money I transfered to them for my use has still not been made available to me after more than half a day.

I have already made repeated complains to their support department but they have chosen to not respond to any of my queries. Has anyone else ever had such similar experience with them?

This is the first time I am using their services and I believe I have just made a very, very big mistake. In my more than 10 years in the internet marketing arena I have only used PayPal. Now I can see just why PayPal is everyone's favourite payment processor of choice on the internet.

I am not going to post my SolidTrustPay ID here for everyone to see, but my Ticket ID is: 200901 (04/23/2012).

After this experience, regardless of whether I do get my $125 or not, I don't think I'll ever use SolidTrustPay ever again. They can scam me for $125, and they can keep that if that's what they want, but they are going to lose tens of thousands of dollars worth of business from me for sure.

So let all those who read this be warned...

  • I am exactly in the same situation:

My account name is nakoaikaika, i wired 1000USD to my account 17 days ago. I printed out the info directly from the email they sent me and off thier website and gave it to my bank. I double checked the info myself and everything matched, so i know the info was correct.

After 6 days I started trying to contact SolidTrustpay. I emailed [email protected]. I called every number I could find online on and off thier site. I emailed [email protected]. I created 3 tickets that were not only unanswered but dissapeared from their database, though i still have the email confirmation that i created them. I spent over 3 hours waiting to be "connected" to an online agent. I have never been answered, I have heard nothing back from this company yet.

I know that this company has worked well for a friend, BUT if you have a problem DO NOT expect any sympathy or help from them.

Please help spread the word, do not expect any support from this company.

  • After about a week, they finally cleared my funding for me to use. However they have still refused to verify my credit card even though they have already charged it once, and his after two months since I first applied for verification.

I will never ever use their services again, even if they are the last payment processor on the planet. Their support service is just non-existent.

Worst payment processor I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

  • I am the original poster Polena... :-) I am glad that you finally got your money. I just hope that more and more people are made aware of STP and stay away from them. They behave as if there are no other payment processor around and we just have to go through them whether we like it or not. They must live in a very small world.

Other payment processor treat me really well, like as if I am the most important client they have, especially PayPal and AlertPay (now Payza). Unfortunately PayPal do not support the online investments which I do a lot of, and Payza are also selective on who or what kind of business they support. But then there is still LibertyReserve, which I do use a lot of also. The fact of the matter is that we just do not need SolidTrustPay. They can continue living in a fish bowl for all I care, and lord over all the little fries who they can bully.

  • As a response to the individual from Malaysia who used his card. His $125 deposit was credited to his account the day after the transaction. His card was not charged immediately; it was pre-authorized as are all transactions. For very high risk countries such as Malaysia it can sometimes take longer than the 24 hours posted. NOTE - the STPay website clearly displays to the member that card transactions are cleared in 2 - 24 hours. The individual used his funds the very next day after they cleared. There was no issue with his transaction or account at all.

  • It is saddening for me to try to contact SolidTrustPay support over here but their support is really ridiculous...
My verified Mastercard has been in use for withdrawals for a few months with no problem until recently they switched to only Visa card withdrawals allowed. No announcement or notification, just sudden switch!!! It causes alot of inconvenience to me.
I PURPOSEFULLY applied for a Visa Card from my local bank so that I can continue my withdrawals again without bothering STP Support.
Added the Visa card, sent the authorization form and made a small deposit. It went smoothly and money was deducted from my card and funded to STP successfully within a few hours.
But my Visa card is not verified till now!!!! Which prevents me from making withdrawals, my original intention.
2 support ticket sent via Help Center but no replies.
STP have no time to reply support tickets but can afford to comment on forums???

Come on STP Support, what must I do to get some help from you guys?

NOTE - STPay website clearly displays that card verifications are cleared in 4 - 24 hours.

It has been more than 42 hours!

Please contact me asap, I wish to resolve this without being a nuisance.

  • Royston: You used your card yesterday at 4:33am. You must allow us sufficient time to verify and respond. Submitting multiple support tickets for a transaction within time frames will not be replied to. You are also from a high risk country, Singapore, and therefore even more time can be required. MasterCard was removed as an option due to extreme abuse by SolidTrust members attempting to withdraw to prepaid and debit cards despite the website clearly indicating that that was not allowed.

  • I created an account with SolidTrustPay on 16 April 2012. And I funded my account on 23 April 2012, and my card was instantly deducted for that amount. Pre-authorization or not, the amount was locked out and for all intents and purposes I have made the payment, but the fund was left 'pending' in my STP account.

After two days of intense pestering from me, the funds was finally released to me. I used the funds immediately because I have been waiting to use it for two days. Whatever it is, due to the time difference it actually took about two days for me to have access to my fund.

I am a Forex trader by profession and at times it is critical for me to have instant access to my funds. Although in this case it wasn't for a Forex trade that I needed the fund, but that is not the point here.

Then to pour salt to injury, even after STP has successfully charged my card, they still refused to verify it. In fact I had more or less abandoned my STP account and haven't visited it in more than a month, until I received a message from ScamBook notifying me of a reply to the post I made here about a month ago and I read the post by Polena.

Then just for curiosity, I login to my account at STP and I was not surprised at all the my card there was still 'pending' one month after the have charged it. In contrast, all the many cards that registered with PayPal and AlertPay (Payza) were validate in minutes, through a minimal charged they made to my card, and followed up by a text message in the case of PayPal.

I would however like to confirm that my card has now been verified by SolidTrustPay, but this was only just this morning after I made this additional post here, and replied to by STP.

It was the same with Polena, regarding her funding.

It is sad that we have to resort to sites such as this to coax STP to take action. Contacting their support is next to useless. You will get to nowhere.

They can be a reasonably good payment processor, but they need to be more responsible

  • To be fair to STP, I will resume to use their services again now that my card has been cleared by them (finally), if it just to asscess the quality of their services. I will reserve my judgement now but I will make further updates here and at other sites where I am the administrator and owner.

  • Hello.

I have seen your posts here so i have created my self an account on this forum because i have the same problem with STP right now.

The thing is that since Friday (18 of. maj) i have two of my transactions on pending area.

    1. 127.77 USD 18 May 2012 Pending
    2. 468.85 USD 18 May 2012 Pending

That means all together is almost 600 USD. The thing is that i wanted to transfer this funds to Liberty Reserve via Extreme Exchanger but i have canceled the order the next day (The order should not be procesed until monday) so i have canceled it in time.

Well since 18. of Maj the money is still in pending area and i have opened 3 tickets so far regarding this and also i have sent an email to support but i didnt get any answer and also two of my previous tickets are closed without even answering me. Today i have made the third ticket regarding this.

Anyway... I wanted to say that they have my 600 USD in pending area and i cannot nothing to do with it. I have also write an email at Extreme Exchanger and i have got an answer the same they that STP in holding the money and that they have nothing to do with it because STP did not confirm the transaction.

So if someone from STP staff is watching this forum, please, be so kind an fix this problem a.s.a.p. Also if you will look at my history transaction you will see that you have already earned a lot of money from me because i made a lot of transactions and planning to have a lot more because i am dealing with internet marketing.

So it is the shame to lose such customer isnt it?

Thank you, have a nice day.

  • For Svoboda: on April 18 our exchange department sent you an email asking for additional information as your source of funding was credit card, which is high risk. We did not get any reply from you at anytime. Perhaps our email ended up in your spam folder. Your exchanges have been canceled due to non-receipt of required documents. If you would like direct help with exchanges, you can email support 4 @ solidtrustpay.com

NOTE to Members - we are sorry that our support is slow these days. It is because members submit the same ticket ten times, then sit on livechat AND call and stay on hold on the phone all at the same time! We have many many older people in their 70's and 80's and sometimes we are on the phone with them for half an hour or more helping them out. Many new staff are in training and of course, that actually makes things slower before they are faster. Thx for your patience and bear with us - we do our best to get to everyone.

  • If you have read my post above, I sent my govt ID and proof of address for verification on 24th May 2012. I have not log in to the STP site since then until this morning after I checked out an online investment which accept STP as a payment processor.

Then I went into my STP account and lo, was I pleasantly surprised when my ID and address have both been verified. I have no idea when my documents were verified but they definitely took less than 7 days (less than 5 even). After what happened to me before, this was a huge plus. I am beginning to see STP in a new light now.

As I have suspected before, the only problem with STP is their customer support service. The company itself can be quite good with all the kind of payment processing services that they provide, and with some excellent security features as well.

I am going to apply for their TrustCard next and have my Bank Account verified.

  • Monica, log into your account at STP. Move your mouse pointer to 'My Account', then at the dropdown menu click on 'Verify/Upgrade Account'. When you have reached he 'Verify | SolidTrust Pay' page, you can then click on any of the 'ACCOUNT LEVEL' you wish to upgrade to viz 'CARD VERIFIED', 'STANDARD VERIFIED' or 'BANK VERIFIED'. All instructions are the pages that follows.

    Hope this helps.

  • for Opiyo92: we removed all the funds from all the customers who sent you stolen funds of course (4 customers, not just 1). Surely you must have known who these people were, and agreed to accept these payments as they all happened within a few days. They created accounts, added stolen cards, charged those cards and immediately sent you the money. We are happy to unsuspend your account if you are able to provide us more information on the transactions and what you know about these customers. We discovered the fraud during our weekly audit of transactions.

  • Wow, I do sympathize with Opiyo92. Unfortunately the internet is littered with frauds who would cheat you of your money on a heartbeat. No conscience whatsoever. I have been cheated a few times in the past, and of course I never got my money back. Lesson learned, experience earned. I hope never again, but who knows these cheaters will try anything. And be careful of exchangers, never trust those individuals who advertise themselves on forums etc.

The best deals offered amounts to nothing if you lose everything in the end. That was my mistake.

  • I'm having problems with STP too. Requested money be transferred from my bank into STP account and when it wasn't done within 5 business days tried to contact them. Their on-line chat is a joke...I don't think there is really anyone there! So I opened up a ticket. Next day tried on-line chat again, finally said "yes, I'll leave a message" and it took me to open up another ticket, so I did, since I could never even find an email to try to contact them any other way. My open tickets show no activity, so yesterday I tried again, and when I checked my STP account, I see that the funds aren't even pending! All my transactions were cancelled "due to delay"! So, I opened up yet another (different) ticket and now I'm back to square one and very angry in the process. Still haven't heard one word from them about what's going on, but at least now have a place to vent. In case anyone is reading this, my last ticket number is 231405.

  • It has been very frastrating and panic experience for me since I opened an account with STP and wired $4020 to fund my account on 5/31. I followed the instruction provided by STP very carefully and even doube checked it several time when filling out my wiring request. My bank told me that usually the fund is received by the receiving side within a day since this is a domestic wiring. Normally I only do wiring transfer due to the urgency of using the fund. So I waited after weekends and start to check the status on my account since Monday 6/4. That's when I found out that STP doesn't have customer service at all. The phone number provided has busy tone all the time, online chat service is NEVER able to be connected, the tickets created NO response whatsoever. I simplely run out of option in terms of getting help or response from a real person in STP. It made me start to think this company is not a legit company and trying to scam my money away. This is too much money to lose and I can't afford it. Now I am losing sleep over this after several days no words from STP at all and reading the complaints online from others. I don't know what to do and who to turn it to. I found the email address([email protected]) in this thread and sent an email to them today. So far I haven't got any response to that email. I am hoping any STP person can respond me here with some kind of assurance on my account status so I don't have to worry about where the money is.

  • Hello. We are addressing the 3 members above.

    1. rich : all transactions post the processing time, but also clearly say that we do not guarantee those times. Our ACHs are presently on a two day longer than usual time frame simply due to extra volume. This should be resolved within the next 2 weeks. EChecks, due to increased fraud for this option, are either being canceled or not processed until we are certain there is no identity theft or bank fraud involved, all of which were causing delays. We are integrating new bank fraud checking features so again, within a couple of weeks, we won't have to delay them.

    2. beachbum77 : checks are sent out regular USPS mail and can sometimes take 2 weeks or longer to arrive. We have no control over the mail. If your check has not been received a full month after request, then contact us and we can put a stop payment on it and issue you another.

    3. EHLW : as clearly stated on the website when members make wire requests, they can take up to 5 business days. Your wire was credited to your account exactly on the 5th day so there was no reason for complaint and no issues at all. Please watch what the website instructs you for timeframes; your bank would have no idea of our processes or how long it takes our provider to credit us with your wire. You have been advised of this via email personally as well.

SUPPORT ISSUES : STPay fields over 3000 tickets daily, 2500 phone calls and thousands of livechats. We display to members that if your question is already answered in our HELP CENTRE you will not get a reply. We know that everyone feels their issue is an emergency but if it really is not, we have to prioritize those that are.

    Thx for your understanding.

  • My comment to STP's comment is: If you knew there were issues with E-checks, why not send an email out to everyone who had them pending letting them know? Wouldn't that stop us from submitting all those tickets that caused a backload and prevented people on your end from working on our E-checks? I'm still very upset, because I finally reached someone who actually works there, and she told me that the problem had been corrected, and everything was now up to date and I should at least have my one remaining pending transaction completed that night. That was Thursday and today is Saturday and I still don't have the money, and it still isn't even showing as a pending transaction on my bank's side. I really CAN understand implementing new fraud checking procedures, and even appreciate them, but at least if you are going to cancel someone's transactions, you should NOTIFY them, don't you think? And you shouldn't blatantly LIE to placate someone on the phone who is upset about what is happening! Bad business practices IMHO.

  • I agree with Rich.

I understand there can be "issues" fulfilling a check or other request, however, GOOD customer service on your part is letting the client know there was an issue. When your web site says "7-10 days to receive the check, we expect to see it in 7-10 days. Not 14 days (if I get it today). There are so many scams on the internet, we put a LOT of faith in this company and you should expect unhappy people when dealing with money if things are not as they are stated. If you're overwhelmed with tickets and phone calls, then perhaps you should staff accordingly.

STP was not privy to those issues and it caused a lengthy delay. The issue has been resolved and STP has gone out of their way to ensure I received my check and handle some other issues I had.

AND, I just talked to them, and they said they made an executive decision because of all the fraud going on right now to cancel ALL e-checks outstanding right now, and take them off their board, so you cannot even ask to have them done right now. So, that's that. I will definitely need to find another company to do business with.

  • I'm also in the same boat as all of you. It has been 5 days since my attempted deposit of $150 to STP. It has been set aside by my credit card because my limit has been decreased by the same amount. I have submitted a ticket as well (Ticket# 248208). I'm from the US, so no high risk there. I tried using the funds because I read that funds are usually available in 24 hours and its well over that time period, but I got the "insufficient funds" message. My CC is also on "pending" status. STP should get their act together and provide reliable service and stay true to what they promise.

First, I would like to preface this by saying that every time I deposit funds into my ST Pay account using my credit card, the webpage says that I would be sent a confirmatory email. I have yet to receive one.

On 4th June 2012 I confirmed that I was sending $3020.00 USD by wire transfer to my account at ST Pay. The page said that I would be sent an email with more info. I was NEVER contacted by ST Pay! So I figured that that was just like the confirmatory emails which I never got. I copied the wire instructions to the letter, and on 11th June I wired $3020.00 from my bank-- RBC Royal Bank (Trinidad and Tobago)Ltd--to: Westpac Banking Corporation,264 Church St. etc, etc. exactly as instructed. The wire transfer, contained both my username are my email address, again, as instructed.

On the 19th after spending hours to get through, I spoke to a ST Pay agent who asked me to scan and email my wire transfer document to [email protected] which I did on 20th. Last night (21st) again after spending hours to get through, I spoke to another agent who assured me (after consulting with her supervisor) that I would receive an email today. Today is halfway done and no email yet. I cannot afford to lose 3020.00 USD! It is a lot of money. I want ST Pay to find my money and put it in my account TODAY. I also would like to hear from them TODAY.

Today is the 22th June—12 days since my wire transfer was sent-- and the money is not yet in my account!

  • Guess what? STP DELETED my ticket without responding to it!!! It has been 7 business days since I entered my credit card info and requested a deposit of $150, which is TOO LONG to wait for a credit card transaction! And I also found out that CC transactions are treated as cash advances, so it is subject to your CC company's cash advance fees and interests. So you're not really saving money by using STP, contrary to what they lead you to believe. If they don't clear my transaction TODAY, I will call my CC company and cancel the transaction no matter what the CC agreement says. Because technically, there is no agreement since the CC is pending and my $150 transaction is also STILL pending!

And I also don't have the patience or the time to try to call them because the line is always busy anyway! Get your customer service running STP if you really are a legit company! You managed to clear my transactions on a different CC before, what's happening to you now?

  • My username with STP is amy312t. On May 29 2012, I emailed my documents to them to be bank verified. Until today, there’s no reply from them. In their website, they state that they are working on documents from 2012-07-02, which is more than a month past the date that I submitted my documents. I submitted a few tickets to request an update for my submission but did not receive any replies. A few days after the tickets were submitted, they were deleted from their database. I have no idea what’s up with them but their acts do appear fishy. I have opened a new ticket with no 265889. I hope that they will address the issue soon. Otherwise, I will think twice before using their service.

  • As I have mentioned above, I sent my bank documents to be bank verified. After two months, STP replied to tell me that they have rejected my application stating that the document which I have ssnt is not good enough. However this is the document I got from my bank. Apparently STP is bigger than our biggest bank here and the document presented by my bank is not good enough.

What STP seems to fail to understand is that, we are the customers/client, and the success of their business is very much dependent on us using their services, and not the other way round.

There are so many good payment processors around, we don't really need STP, in fact I am not even wondering just why I bothered with STP in the first place.

So I have decided to dump STP altogether, and I would advise everyone to do the same. Pass the word around, make the message viral, tghen we shall see just how STP can survive with just their family friends and close friends using their service.

Just understand that "We do not need SolidTrustPay", they need us.

  • Solid Trust Pay seem to think it's OK to ignore the most importanat part of any relationship, the middle word of their name "Trust" I've only recently started to use them but I'm astonished at the way they simply ignore requests for support. I made one on 1st August 2012, I've heard nothing. I made another this morning. I entered a complaint on Scambook on 3rd August and they haven't responded to that either. It seems STP consider themsleves to be immune to the idea of the need to fulfil even the simplest of obligations they have to keep their customers informed. My first support ticket to them is 313004 the 2nd 325729 if the numbers are seqential they have a mountain of enquiries since my 1st one. I'm wating for $650 its the first time I have ever tried to withdraw from STP I'm not in a high risk country, the UK, although I'm begining to think Canada is given my experience. No doubt this will be ignored by them as well.

** ZEEK UPDATE ** The US Government has requested possession
of the Zeekrewards account. Please do not contact us asking for any
refunds or reversals as none can be done.

I called my local Bank and asked them to cancel all transactions with STP but they told me that the amount is reserved .
