Went to site, ordered books as advertised on TV. Offers never on website, could spend hundreds of dollars after oringinal offer. Never revealed shipping charge until after the oder was finalized. I called number to cancel, only automated system. Called a customer service #, on hold for ten minutes with same recording repeating itself continuously. Not only am I receiving these books, this company has my credit card number. FALSE FALSE ADVERTISING
