Woman calls my 93 year old mother to advise her about the Family Medical program. She asks a lot of questions one of which is : are you between the ages of 18 and 68? My mother cannot hear well and she said yes....so she really is not eligible for this scam coverage.
then the woman gets my mother to give out her bank account number....that is all it took...they then draft their own check, hit the account for $399. and no mattr how many phone calls I make to "third party" we will never see the money....I have called and sent a letter etc. the address for the company is the same as for another scam company called CAP....25 locust st, suite304, champaign, NY 12919.
the letter I sent last August 12th on a scam from CAP came back yesterday 4/22/12 as "moved, left no address".
BEWARE.
