I bought a dvd collection from tvruby.com, Carol Burnett and Friends. However when I received this collection in the mail, I found out that it was a pirated, bootlegged dvd collection that was recorded directly off of tv land. There were even commercials from tv land on it. It was poorly made, and I contacted them, but there is no reply. The website said that it has a money back guarantee within 15 days, but I see no address to where they are.
