I would like to share something with you…
Just as an advice…
- 14 april I bought:
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 EU/US
$35.99
then
15 april I received a Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 (RU) $19.99 serial that was already used by someone.Confused I open lots of tickets…tryed to use VPN from EU/US/RU no sucess its a duplicated RU serial.
Now they want my steam password, no way.
I asked a refund….no answer…no support…nothing….
Then I bought at 19 april Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty EU/US $39.90 and they want a scan of my driver license to do a "ID AUTHENTICATION"????!!!! NO WAY….asked for a refund, no answer….
My support tickets were deleted, paypal says that they can do nothing…and i´m screwed…
DO never buy anything from this scammers.
I have no more patience, tried to solve the most polite way possible…
I will wait some more days, I saved all the e-mail and reports of transactions and then I will search for legal methods to recover my money.
Think twice before buying intkeys serials/games.

Hi did you resolve the matter with intkeys?
I have a similar complaint with them, they simply stole my money they send me refund but the obviously did non intend to actually. I asked help from moneybookers, i paid whit an italian rechargable credit card via moneybookers, and they asked explanation to intkeys...i'm waiting for further news. Sorry for my bad english i hope this can help you some way. -

NO...no answer...no money....no refund...
There was just an old answer where they asked for my steam login information...
And I didnt send beause I have aprox. 1200 games and I dont trust in they service.
They are definitly thieves.... I will spread this iinformation in every foruns i find and to every friends... -

- I think that for the starcraft key they did the same way with me, but is it possible paypal can't do a chargeback? You paid and you didn't had any key, so this is a fraud and paypal must permit chargeback as specifically written, i tink so by reading in other forums, on their service paper. For the russian key ou cannot do anithing they simply deceived you... Steam password...no way!!!! Anyway they did not answer to me neither, they simply ignore me...now i'm waiting, moneybookers spport said me they investigated and answered to intkeys about my case and i'lll have an answer in five working days.

I called to paypal in my country (brazil) and they said that can do nothing....
This site idea will be fun....there is a lot of people in the same boat as us in facebook.....they keep complaining at they profile (intkeys) in facebook.... -

- I'll keep you updating on the next days when moneybookers will tell me something. It's ridicolous they stole little amount of money and lost potential buyer, gain negative reputation and people like us share negative experiences on the net; i can't see logic...
