Purchased XCOM Enemy Unknown for USD32.90 on 26.10.12 but was delayed until 29.10.12 due to stock issues. Been almost 2 months now and had no response to the multiple emails I have sent. They also charged my credit card before sending any product. Feel they may be failing and are taking any last cash deposits they can get before going under.
While I have used them in the past, they were always slow but I have never had a problem (also never had to contact them) until now.
