I was looking for a long term loan. William page called from this company stating I was approved for $5000.00 loan for 3 years for repayment with a payment of $177 a month. BUT needs me to pay $800 up front to get this loan. I have never heard of paying up front to get a loan

- I totally disagree with your comment. Ive personally dealt with William in the past for a loan, he was great and I highly doubt that he would ever do something like that, I think maybe you have him or the company mistaken for someone else. And by what you have posted, you have not been ripped off whatsoever, you feel that it may be a scam, I think you should reword your statement as it is misleading to people who actually want to get a loan. Personal experience speaks louder than words, and Ive personally obtained a similar loanb for 5000$ from William, same terms also, it only took me 24 hours for me to get the money deposited into my account aswell. I am a local resident of the providence office and have referred plenty of friends and family to the loan agents that work there, and none of my family or friends have ever had any problems at all with there agents or service. So again Id like to clarify that your report states that they are not on the up and up but you have not personally done business with them, I think you are more interested in defaming there company or maybe have something personal against Williams, whatever it is, that is very unprofessional of you to do. This company has been very good to myself when I was in need, and I will vouch for this company anyday as I have concrete faith and personal experience dealing with them.

Hi there everyone, i agree, this company has been around for over 5 years that i know of, great customer service, great experience, great everything really. they helped me when my credit rating wasnt so good to get a loan, and the terms were quite good. I would recommend them again for sure. Im from out of state, found them online and went through with the application process in the past and got my money as promised, my loan was for $10000 and I had to secure collateral but that was because of my credit, everything was legally binding, I even had my lawyer look over the paperwork at the time, and he gave me the green light to pursue with the loan. Id rate them 10/10 overall experience.

- i got a 5000 loan and had to secure down payment becuase of my credit, did it this past monday, and got my funding next day on tuesday. im happy with everything, i was skeptical at first but went thru with it and got the loan, im so happy with this compoany thanks guys for all the wonderful help i owe my loan agent big time he was a big help, thanks michael

Tammy I think you need to look further into this, the company is licenced and registered with the state, they have no complaints with the BBB, althought theyre not a member, they still have ZERO complaints i already did the honor of checking them out. I personally went through with the loan and got the money, i got a larger loan amount to consolidate my debt, my agent was William, Im not sure why you have not heard about paying upfront to get a loan, its called "partially secured loan", lenders are now offering these types of loans to individuals with bad credit since the markets are really bad and sourcing funds from lenders is really hard in this economy, so major banks and other financial lenders are not willing to take chances with us who have bad credit, but woodhaven has private lenders that are willing to take the chance with us, but they need a committment from us also since we have bad credit, its only FAIR that we show some sort of committment to them since they are taking a bigger risk lending to someone whom has a not so good credit score or financial past, so you have to look at the situation not just on your side but on theres aswell, its a bigger risk for them then for us. As I said I personally got the loan so theres nothing to worry about, they even allow you to come to there offices and meet and greet in person, so if they had anything to hide I dont think they would allow anyone to come see them in person. I also talked someone down in providence near there business whom has personally been to there office, I even added my agent to facebook so believe me, theyre not going to run with your money and add you to facebook. I talked to my agent on a personal level he was great and we added each other to ffacebook so that put my trust in him even more, I seen pictures of his personal family also on his facebook so its obvious that theres nothing to worry about, sometimes we have to take chances in life to get what we want, but those of us whom dont put our faith in it, never accomplish anything, so give woodhaven a chance, theyll sure to proivide you great service as they did to me

- companmy was the best ever loan company that i got a loan from, i gave them already like 7 referrals and referering as many more possible because i get $50 for each referral i get them, they apply the $50 to my account with them, so I can literally pay off my loan by just referering people

my personal experience i wouild rate the company 9.5/10. everything went thru as promised, i just wish they were open later than 7 eastern time as i live in nevada and by the time i finish work theyre closed, 7et is 4 my time, so thats the only complaint, other than that everything else i have no complaints, will recommend and do future business with them
