Michael Miller called from Woodhaven Lending Group. Told my husband he could get a loan for $5,000, but needed $885.00 to secure the loan. He faxed the contract to our home fax, but our printer ran out of ink. My husband called Michael Miller on August 25, 2011, and told him to fax the paper work to his wife at work, but Mr. Miller insisted and said lets get started on the loan right away and the $5,000 would be deposited in our account on August 26, 2011, once he received the $885 via wal-mart money pack on August 25, 2011. My husband gave him the activation number from the Wal-Mart money pack on August 25, 2011. On August 26, 2011, the funds were never deposited into our account. My husband called Mr. Miller on August 26, 2011. Mr. Miller said due to his debt he would need an additional $1,000 and he would increase our loan to $7,000. My husband told him no, give me back my $885 back and also told him I never got a chance to look at the paper work and the contract was never signed. Called again on Tuesday August 30, 2011, Mr. Miller said our loan was in the system and as soon a they received the additional $1,000 the would deposit $7,000 into our bank account. We told them now we want our $885. Called and talked to another man named Brent and said they don't do refunds. Both of these scumbags did not care that they had no legal contract signed. THIS IS A SCAM AND WE HAVE REPORTED THEM TO OUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT, WE HAVE FILLED OUT A REPORT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND WE ARE GETTING A LAWYER. This is beyond a scam this is criminal theft!!!
