On 5/19/11 I ordered a pair of shoes from Justfab.com. On 8/8/11 I notice a purchase of $39.95 was deducted from my checking acct. When I call them, they said I signed up for a $39.95 monthly membership fee. According to thier customer service you have to go online each month between the 1st and the 5th and either select another pair of shoes for $39.95 or they will charge your account $39.95. I spoke to a supervsior name Tracy, she said the money is none refundable and that its use as a store credit. I asked to talk to Anna (The Manager) but each time I call she is not available. This website is a huge scam. I advise No one to buy from this site www.Justfab.com.
