I was trying to get my magic jack plus in which i activated it on April 10 to work i was able to call out but no in coming call wouldn't work got and recording that said not yet connected but i could call out just answer came on line and said if they fixed the problem they would charge my account , they never fixed the problem and took money out of my account on the 12 , my bank refunded my money while under investigation on April 16 they took another 38 dollar out of my account and now i have 3 overdraft in my account 163.00 neg and i want my money back, they wont answer my text message and i never approved this transaction
