April 2, 2012 - I made a purchase from Ben Franklin's online site thinking it was a reputable site because I have personally shopped in a Ben Franklin Craft store locally MANY times.
I immediately got an email back stating that my order was being processed. My credit card was charged immediately also. There was no mention of expected ship date. I emailed them 6 days after my purchase (Apr 8) to ask about my ship date.
After not hearing about a shipping date, I got suspicious and did a search for reviews about benfranklin.com. I discovered many many women just like me trusted the "Ben Franklin" name for crafts and made purchases - but never received any product or refund of their money.
So on Apr 8, I requested my transaction be canceled.
ON Apr 10th Kathy Lawton replied that it would be canceled - but did not explicitly state that my money would be refunded. I emailed again on again on Apr 10 - to ask if she would refund my money and to have to state that in her reply.
I emailed again on Apr 13 - to state that they had 7 days from my cancellation request to refund my money. That would be today Apr 17. I have not been refunded anything in my account.

Update: 04/18/2012

I actually received my product - very surprised, especially after I canceled on Apr 8 - maybe I emailed enough? I don't know.
