When applying for health insurance with Patriot Trust, they gave my credit card number to Fidelity Life Association for an accidental life insurance policy. I did not agree to this, sign any acceptance of a policy with Fidelity Life Association, yet they billed my credit card for $47.85. I have been in touch with Patriot Trust and they assured the credit card would be refunded the money. So far, nothing has been refunded. Fidelity Life Association refuses to cancel a policy I never asked for.
