Tyler told me that I had been approved for a grant and all I had to do was pay $3.87 with a credit card and the information for the grants would be sent to me via E-Mail. As we were talking some one picked up on another line and said "hello Whats up " I said Ha Ha I got you ! and both hung up imediately.
