On 3/16/12 I ordered a pair of Birki's from www.womanfashionstores.com for $42.67. The email order confirmation came from FREE SHIPPING. The next day when I looked a the order confirmation email I started to get suspicious and did some online research and came across many complaints for this same site. I reported it to PayPal with no resolution and then received a USB adapter cable in the mail from China. I then updated my PayPal complait to item received different than ordered and received a response from PayPal on 4/13/12 that the case was decided in my favor but I have to return the item to the seller in order to receive my refund. I reported to PayPal that this was a scam and it has happened to many others and even provided the link to scambook.com. I also have to provide online tracking for the shipment back to China which will cost a minimum of $16.95 through USPS. I feel that PayPal has scammed me nearly as much as woman fashion stores. I have to pay $16.95 to get $42.67 and I thought my purchase was protected. I also find it frustrating that www.womanfashionstores.com is still a web page with a PayPal logo displayed as of 4/16/12 and all of the complaints. There is also a similar men's site when I was doing my research, I am sure the same jerks are running it.
