Ordered a pair of boots that never arrived. Emailed seller with no response and proceeded to place a claim through Paypal. When they said I lost the claim as seller had proof of delivery I searched the web and found multiple complaints on this company. They historically send a small item with delivery confirmation. Mine was a tiny silk pouch that was probably valued at less than $1 that I assumed was junk mail~no return address and certainly not the name of the store I ordered the boots from. Luckily I still had the pouch and sent pictures and nasty emails to Paypal berating them for supporting fraudulent sellers. They have ruled in my favor this second time, but I have to pay to ship this stupid silk pouch back to China first and give them tracking info. Have no idea what that will cost, but will follow through on principle. You would think simply comparing weights of item ordered and item shipped on their fake delivery confirmations would be proof enough! Thieves!!!!!!! Stay Away!!
