I send my IC berlin frames (300.00) to them to get lenses put in them. The usps confirms they recieved them 3/31/12, i have call everyday since i got notice they had them, but they say they never got them, and i cant talk to the manager she is never there. They keep saying call back..someone there took them they have not called me back or offer to fix this problem the worst customer service i have ever come across ...they are scammers and thiefs....DONT shop there tell all your friends...
