On May 12, 2011 I spoke with CJ in the customer service department. I explained I wished to cancel any subscription or orders for Lean Spa Cleanse.
CJ told me if I returned the bottles of pills with an RMA# a refund of $79.99 would be provided.
I mailed back 2 bottles of Lean Spa (one bottle was the trial and the other bottle came in another shipment – the 2nd bottle was full and was not opened.)
CJ issued me an RMA# of 707 209 494.

On May 19, 2011 I mailed the two bottles to:
LeanSpa
181 Marsh Hill Rd
Orange CT 06477

I wrote the RMA# on the box in black marker so it could easily be read.

I called Customer Service today to check on the refund since it has been over a month. I spoke with Sandy.
Sandy asked if I had a tracking number and I told her I did not. The return was mailed first class to Orange, CT.
Sandy said that she did not know how RMAs are handled and said if I had a tracking number she could verify the return.
Sandy also said CJ was a temporary employee and may not have known the return policies.

I returned 2 bottles of Lean Spa Cleanse with an RMA# as instructed by CJ and in good faith expected my $79.99 to be refunded within 30 days of receiving the bottles.

During our conversation “Sandy” kept interrupting me until I had to raise my voice so I could explain the situation to her. Sandy said she could not help me and that she had been with the company since it started in business. I asked how I could receive my money back and she said I would have to take it up with corporate and gave me Glen's email address as "[email protected]" which there is no email address for glean. I asked Sandy who Glen was and she said he’s in corporate. I asked for Glen’s title and she said he was a manager. I asked for her name in which she said “Sandy” and you can tell Glen anything you want about me.

First, it was a pain to wait on hold for longer than 3 minutes for a customer service rep to answer. I called once, waited on hold, and then was disconnected. I called back and waited probably about 30 minutes before Sandy took the call.

Secondly, I was told by CJ, a customer service rep, that I would receive a refund if I returned the 2 bottles of Lean Spa Cleanse with the RMA# provided. I have returned the bottles but I have not received my refund.

I am upset that the Customer Service Department did not handle my account in a professional way.

I am asking to refund my $79.99 promptly.
