During June, July and August 2011, we ordered 2 Mystery boxes, three .50 carat men's pink champagne men's rings, Vegas 21 box, miscellaneous Art's clearance stones. We never received any of these items. I checked on DSN with the Better Business Bureau in their home city in California and they have an "F" rating and were removed from the BBB!!! I then contacted American Express the card I use to charge tese items and they took up my cause and finally American Express removed ALL charges and determined that they were not a ligitimate company. I see now where Blue Sheppard is not with them and is with Gems Bond Jewerly on Direct TV. He seemed to be represented as an owner of DSN. Watch out for him too! Every time we did business with DSN during in the time previous to these problems, we always had problems with them in delivery. They are awful with follow through and delivery we had some previous complaints which were taken care of by American Express and we no longer will do business with such a disreputable company.
