I order 2 pair of shoes from this company in December and for this past 5 months they have been deducting $39.95 from my account each month. When I realized what they were doing I contacted them and they basically tried to give me the run around about the situation. And there's nothing on there website that states they will deduct money from your account each month and hold it as a credit. The representative said that he could only refund me back 3 months and that I would have to order shoes with the remaining credits. What they're doing is basically stealing money from people accounts. I dont need no one to hold money for me as a credit to purchase shoes when I want shoes I know when to order them on my terms NOT THERE'S!!!!!!!!!!!
