Placed two orders for Naot shoes on the same date. One order was for $150.45, the second was $$220.43. I paid with PayPal with as my charge American Express. Since I did not receive any confirmation of an order from the company and they stated they would ship within 24 hrs of receiving payment, I became suspicious. Check the web site after 7 days and the web site was down. On March 17, 2012 I sent them an email inquiring about the order...no response. I then called American Express and filed a dispute. Today, April 9, 2012, I have just received information from A/E which shows shipping/tracking information. They (womanfashionstore) shows they delivered on March 26, 2012. I DID NOT get anything...NADA!!! April 9, 2012, I called A/E today and the case is now reopened. I thought PayPal was a reputable way to pay and they didn't attach themselves to scams BUT I have read too many complaints of not receiving merchandize from many people on different web sites. How many more are there that are still waiting for products they will NEVER receive!
