Start out the company go"s under OwnWizRealty llc Rent to own first they get you by making there marketing sound good they will get you in a house of your chioce you pick the property and the have people with money buy the property and rent to own to you it fist starts asking you to get a free report you click on there site and it will take you to Scoresense there you will pay 29.95 for the 3 reports with scores and 9.95 to keep it going and a charge of 199.00 a month for 3 months they say it we take to clean up your credit even if it is ok the guy told me they will make it better after signing up for all this then they will fix you up with a realastate agent to look for properties,I just got off the phone with them can you beleve these people I'm glade i am only out the 29.95 and not fall for the rest please be carefull people dont fall for the operation it is a super scam.
