Signed up for the trial of $1.00 - tried to cancel within the specific time frame only to get a pre-recorded message office was closed couldn't speak with a live person. Tried calling for several days after and even tried to cancel with the menu driven option only to discover 6 months later that the money has been taken out of my account monthly. I am extremely busy from April thru September, thus the reason for "late" reconciliation on my account. I just tried calling again "no human person, just menu driven option" AGAIN. I will contact my bank now.
