I ordered a pair of boots from this site, and they sent me a sponge. In researching this site, it seems they do this so they can claim to PayPal that they've sent something, which apparently makes it harder to get your money back. They also seem to use various (probably stolen) email addresses for their PayPal accounts, which is why these transactions always are accepted by PayPal.
I filed a complaint with PayPal, and you should do the same if they've scammed you. It won't mean you'll necessarily get your money back, but if PayPal receives enough complaints maybe they'll take this seriously.
Bottom line, the ENTIRE justylestores site is a scam. That's why you'll find items there that you can't find anywhere else. They just list these items to get you to buy - they have no intention of sending you anything but a sponge. DO NOT buy anything from this site. You'll just be throwing your money away.

I too believe I have been scammed from this website. I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband on Feb.5. It has been more than two months and no order. I have sent them a dozen emails via thier "Contact Us" portion of the website and no response. I have even replied directly to the email they "Confirmed" the order with. No reply.
They were however happy to take my money via paypal though.
Argh. They are in China and seem to be untouchable to stop. Terrible company with terrible ethics. Wish Paypal would recognize them and not allow them to use Paypal.
I wish I paid with my Visa at least I would have protection with my bank.
Also Paypal only takes disputes up to 45 days after the purchase, but knowing it was coming from China we waited 6-8 weeks for delivery.
I am furious with this scam.
Guess i wait for my sponge to arrive :( -

I wanted to post a follow-up to this complaint:
I heard from PayPal last week that they were going to refund my money on this purchase, BUT I have to first send the item back and provide them with a tracking number. So I've actually been researching the cheapest way to send a god**mn sponge back to China and get a tracking #, which is $38. So its really not worth it, especially since the address in China is probably fake also.
I'm almost as mad at PayPal as I am at the scam website. Throughout this whole process I don't think my complaint was ever actually read by a person at PayPal, I was just sent a series of automated replies. I tried multiple times to tell PayPal that the entire justylestores site was a scam, and outlined from start to finish how they scam people, starting with listing items no other site has, ending with sending people sponges so they can show PayPal they've sent something. I even sent them links to this site showing how many complaints there were. As of today (4/17), the justylestores site is still up, and they're still using PayPal as their ONLY payment method. I almost want to say PayPal is complicit in this scam, but the reality is that they're a huge company, and this site is not a big enough problem for them to care about.
Granted, I was stupid for not checking this site out before I bought. That's my fault, and its not a mistake I'll make again. But hundreds of PayPal customers are being scammed by this one site, so we need to keep complaining to them until they actually do something.
For now, don't ever, ever buy anything from justylestores.com. You will be scammed 100% of the time. -
