Ordered a pair of boots, never received a tracking number but did receive a shower cap. Contacted PayPal Resolution dept. They are still waiting for a response from the seller. Why does PayPal allow these scammers? Why not shut them down or place their accounts on hold when complaints are received? Not real happy at this point. I hope PayPal comes through.
